1. Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Condition of Product: The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at contact@ceramicbros.com or call 561-917-0428 to inform us of your return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product.

  3. Shipping the Product: Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

  • If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used products, expired return period), we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

  • We may offer a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective products. We may request photographic evidence of the damage before processing the claim.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Gift cards, sale items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

6. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original product and place a new order for the replacement item.
